Reflex Zone Therapy

Allow us to wash away any stresses of pregnancy with a relaxing reflexology treatment. Not only will this provide you with a deep state of relaxation, it will be tailored to treat any common pregnancy ailments you may be experiencing.

Moxibustion for Breech

Do you have a baby in the upside down (breech) position? Would you like to try and avoid medical intervention? Allow us to teach your birthing partner a traditional Chinese therapy to encourage your baby to change position. You will then be given the resources to continue this treatment at home.

Breech Presentation

During a moxibustion treatment we will teach yourself and your birthing partner how to use moxa sticks correctly. We supply you with the sticks to continue subsequent treatments at home.

Mind Massage

Having a baby is a life-changing event.

This treatment is perfect for de-stressing the mind and freeing yourself of negative thoughts. Each script delivers a wonderful feeling of relaxation and positivity. The beauty of this treatment is it can be delivered either online or face-to-face.

Clinical Hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis is a wonderful therapy that enables you to achieve a deep state of relaxation. During this time your subconscious mind is open to therapeutic suggestions to help manage any worries or concerns you may have.

Hypnosis is excellent in controlling pain, managing phobias and stopping smoking.

There is a minimum of two sessions required per condition. The first appointment is an information-gathering session, which forms the basis of your therapeutic script. Followed by a short relaxation script. In the second session, I will carry out your bespoke script.

Relaxation, Anxiety, Mood enhancing £70 / 60 minutes per session

Pain management or managing phobias £80 / 75 minutes per session

Acupuncture

Allow us to help ease any common pregnancy conditions you may be experiencing using a traditional Chinese medicine that has been around for centuries. You will be surprised at how relaxing acupuncture is.

Please note the time of needle insertion may vary from 20-40 minutes.

Post-dates Treament.

Have you gone past your due date and are patiently awaiting the onset of labour? Or are you booked for an Induction of Labour and are keen to try and encourage labour naturally? Then this is the perfect treatment!

Using a selection of therapies such as Acupuncture, Acupressure, Reflex Zone Therapy and Aromatherapy, we work with your body to encourage the stimulation of oxytocin (love hormone). This treatment is used by many practitioners, both private and within the NHS, with fantastic results.

The one-off treatment is ideally suited to women who have laboured before. We also offer a package which may be more suited to first-time mums.

*Please note if acupuncture is used during this treatment, there will be no massage. However, you will still be provided with a blend of essentials oils for home use.

Postnatal Treatments

The fourth trimester has arrived!

During this time your body experiences physical and emotional changes, whilst it works to return to a non-pregnant state. Why not treat yourself or a loved one to a treatment that can help this process. We will also provide you with an essential blend to aid any healing following a C-Section or Perineal trauma.

Restore C-section Scar Therapy

Having a C-Section birth can take longer to recover from. You may experience pain around the scar, and or, associated pain such as hip or back pain. Using specialist scar massage and fascial release, therapy tools and self-care advice, we aid to promote a healthy holistic recovery.

A course of treatment is usually recommended, but a single session and self-care advice for you to follow at home can be helpful

    This package includes a full consultation online to ensure the treatments are appropriate for you and your baby.

    Weekly treatments from 37 weeks using acupuncture, acupressure points, reflex zone therapy and aromatherapy. We will also teach your birthing partner how to stimulate 2 of the acupressure points so you can continue to use these techniques at home.

  • Post-Dates Treatment package

    Three 75 minute treatments in your 40th and 41st week / £210

    Package includes a full consultation to ensure the treatments are appropriate for you and your baby. Treatments can be arranged to coincide with any membrane sweep appointments with your community midwife. Treatments include reflexology stimulation of your pituitary gland, acupuncture, acupressure and aromatherapy to promote labour. We will also teach your birthing partner how to stimulate 2 of the acupressure points so you can continue to use these techniques at home. You will also be supplied with an essential oil blend to use at home between treatments. £175.

    *If you give birth to your baby before the end of the treatment package, then we can provide a post birth treatment for you within the first 6 weeks.
